N/A

A screen protector for your Kindle is a must, the same as with an electronic device you have, like your mobile phone or tablet. Kindle Case

N/A

A Kindle case to protect your Kindle is a must, in case it gets dropped or knocked onto the floor. Nowadays you can get some great designs and this particular case has a variety of 21. This case has a stand so that you can stand your Kindle up next to you so that you don’t need to hold it all the time.

This particular brand has cases in 21 styles so there is something for everyone and it fits the standard 6″ Kindle 2024, 2022 and 2019, 2016 releases. The stand also has a place for you to put your cards if you don’t have your purse with you and a hand strap if you prefer to hold it and read it with that.

When you close the case, it automatically puts the Kindle to sleep and when you open it up, it wakes it up, helping you to save the battery life on the Kindle.

Kindle Paperwhite Signature Wireless Charger

N/A

Nearly everything nowadays is made to charge with a wireless charger, though at the moment only the Kindle Paperwhite Signature charger is compatible with a wireless charger, all the other Kindle’s you will need to plug in the cable to charge the Kindle.

Though you have to plug the dock into the power to charge your Kindle, which if you are traveling would mean that the dock takes up more space than a cable and plug and you still need to be near power to charge your Kindle, unless you use a portable charger.

I think this is a great Kindle accessory if you are staying in a place long term, but it is not very practical if you are on the go a lot and moving from place to place.

Portable Charger Power Bank

N/A

A power bank for me is a must have while I am traveling. Not only is it good for charging my Kindle if I am not near a plug while I am traveling, but it can also charge my phone, ipod and ear buds.

This power bank has 25,800mAh, meaning it can charge for longer than one with 10,000mAh. I currently have one that is 25,800mAh and I feel that I never have to charge it. I can charge everything I want at least once if not twice before I need to charge it again.

They are so handy while you are travelling if you don’t have access to a plug socket, whether that is at the airport or in a dorm room where you don’t have a power socket next to your bed and you want something to charge overnight.

5W USB Charger for Kindles

N/A

It seems so strange to me that nowadays when we buy products that they only come with a cable and no way of actually plugging that cable into electricity!!! I would expect that most of us have a plug that we can use to plug any USB cables into, but then again it is surprising how quickly they go missing!!

This 5W USB charger is approved for use with Kindles & Fire Tablets. Kindles and Fire Tablets specifically need a 5W charger unless stated otherwise and not everyone has all the different wattage chargers in their home.

It is certainly handy to buy a few of the best kindle charger around the house or take one on your travels as you need them to keep all your electricals charged.

Remote Page Turner

N/A

Did you know that you don’t need to touch the side of your Kindle to turn the page, instead you can use this remote page turner to turn the pages for you with the click of the bottom.

If you are using a stand for your Kindle then you may not want to lean over and touch your Kindle to turn the page as you may knock it over, in that case you just attach the remote page turner to your Kindle, press the remote button and it will press down on your Kindle, turning the page for you!!

It is quiet making no noise if you are using in a dorm room and can be charged by USB, meaning that you don’t need to make sure you have spare batteries on you while traveling.

Obviously if you just have one then you will only be able to move forward in your book, if you wanted to turn a page back, then you would either need to buy a second or touch the Kindle yourself.

Kindle Stand Holder

N/A

With technology nowadays we really don’t need to do much, we don’t need to turn the page on a Kindle and we can use a Kindle stand holder to hold our Kindle if we don’t want to read with it in our hands.

There are various types of stands, with some floor stands and this one, that you attach to a table. It can be attached to the side of a bed or your bedside table and even a dorm bed. This way you can get comfy and read without having to move.

It is adjustable and so it can fit any size Kindle, tablet or mobile phone. It can be a bit hard to get it adjusted to the correct position but once there it holds well. It is not a big device so it will easily fit within your luggage when traveling.

Kindle Hand Strap

N/A

If you don’t want to carry a Kindle Stand Holder while you are travelling and you like to hold your Kindle in your hand when reading, then a hand strap can certainly help to make it more comfortable to hold your Kindle.

This one is lightweight and easy to fix in several different positions so, whether you are left or right handed you can find a comfy position to hold it. It is especially good if you are reading on the plane, bus or train as it won’t fall out of your hand if you are knocked.

It is designed to work on the Kindle without a case, so if you do have a case, it would be best to buy one, like the one above, with a built in strap and a stand.
